Cooking has always been one of my favorite ways to create and connect. Whether I’m trying out a new recipe or hosting a dinner party, nothing brings me more joy than gathering good people around good food. It's probably where my hospitality degree gets the most action these days.

The Test Kitchen was born out of my love for experimenting in the kitchen. Exploring different flavors, honoring where I come from, and making something meaningful out of what’s in front of me. I can still hear my mom’s voice saying, “There’s food at home,” and she wasn’t wrong.

This space is where I share recipes that bring comfort, spark joy, and hopefully inspire you to slow down, gather well, and make something meaningful in your own kitchen.
